Our translation system uses a simple, usage-based pricing model – you only pay for what you actually use.
New accounts get a $20 welcome credit with code WELCOME20. No contracts. Just clear, fair pricing.
Welcome Credit
Start with $20 in free translation credits – redeem code WELCOME20 in Billing, once per account.
Use it for testing, documents, or production.
Example: $20 ≈ about 1,500 translation requests of 1,000 words each (Standard quality, no terminology).

How Token Billing Works
A helpful rule of thumb:
1 token ≈ 4 characters (~¾ of a word)
100 tokens ≈ 75 words
Each translation counts:
- The text you submit
- The translated output
- And any terminology you include to maintain consistency across technical or branded terms.
If you use terminology (for example, defining “seal valve” or “flow controller”), a few extra tokens are used to process those terms.

Approximate tokens include the source text, a translation of similar length into a Latin-script language and the system prompt. Standard quality, sent as one text request.

Important notes about this estimate
- Estimate only. The result is an approximation for information purposes. It is not a quote, an offer or a binding price. You are charged for the actual number of tokens and requests processed, which may be higher or lower than this estimate.
- How tokens are estimated. Tokens are approximated from the number of characters (about 4 characters per token for Latin-script text; other scripts use more tokens). The length of the translated output depends on the target language and the content.
- Terminology in the estimate. When “Include terminology” is on, the estimate assumes a glossary of a fixed size (shown next to the switch). It does not check your real glossary. In the app, every published term for the target language in your project is sent with each request, including terms that do not appear in your text, so a larger glossary increases the cost of every request.
- Requests. The estimate assumes one text translation request. File jobs are billed one request per translated segment, and long texts split into several requests cost more.
- Not included. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT where applicable. ILS accounts are billed at the Bank of Israel rate +4%. Each active project also costs $25/month (first month free for new accounts). The $20 welcome credit (code WELCOME20) applies to usage only, once per account.
