This policy explains how Syncle LTD (“we”) uses information when you use Nenory (nenory.ai, app.nenory.ai, api.nenory.ai). We only use identifiable information as described here.

What we collect

• Name, email, and account details you provide at registration or invite.
• Billing details and payment-method tokens from our payment processor (we do not store CVV).
• Usage of the Tool: translations, file jobs, terminology, API calls, and related logs.
• Content you submit for translation (text, files, glossaries).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser, and approximate location needed to run the service.

How we use it

• To provide translation, terminology, billing, and support.
• To communicate about your account, security, and invoices.
• To improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.
• For aggregated analytics that do not identify you personally.

Translation content is sent to subprocessors (including model providers and cloud hosts) solely to complete your request. We do not sell your content for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We do not share personal data for third-party marketing without consent. We may share data with:

• Processors who host, email, bill, or run models for the Tool;
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights;
• A buyer in a merger or sale of the business, under comparable protections.

Retention and security

We keep account and billing records as required for the service and tax law. You can delete projects and files from the app; backups may persist for a limited period. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no transmission is perfectly secure.

Your rights

Subject to Israeli and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised policy. Related rules are in the Terms.
